01Who we are and who this policy covers

VISIBILITY is operated by SUNSET SPACE INC. (“we”). We are responsible for the personal information you provide through the website, the VISIBILITY CODE and VISIBILITY MAP questionnaires, the Telegram bot and during mentoring.

This policy applies to everyone who visits the website, takes the assessment, buys VISIBILITY MAP or applies for VISIBILITY STUDIO or STUDIO PLUS.

02What we collect

When you take VISIBILITY CODE (a questionnaire in Tally):

• the name or form of address you give;
• your answers to questions about how you show up online today, what matters to you, what gives you energy and what holds you back;
• a link to your Instagram — only if you choose to leave it;
• your Telegram chat ID, so we can send the result to you and nobody else;
• the submission number and time.

When you get VISIBILITY MAP:

• your answers to 15 questions about your work, goals, audience, preferred formats, available time and obstacles;
• payment details. These are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your card number — we only receive the payment confirmation, the amount, and the email and name you enter at checkout.

When you send a pre-application for VISIBILITY STUDIO or STUDIO PLUS (a shared form in Tally):

• your name and contact email;
• what you do, what kind of support you need and what result you want to achieve;
• which format interests you and which button on the website you came from (STUDIO or STUDIO PLUS);
• a link to your website or Instagram — only if you give it.

We use these answers only to review your application and contact you. We do not send them to AI and we don’t add you to any mailing list without your separate consent. A copy of each application reaches us by email.

If we start working together: what you tell us about yourself and your project during our work. For STUDIO PLUS we set up a Notion workspace where the materials of our work together are kept.

When you simply visit the website: we use no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics and no tracking cookies. The site stores just two settings in your browser: a NEXT_LOCALE cookie with your chosen language (for 1 year) and a theme entry in your browser’s local storage with your chosen theme. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address and browser type when a page opens. Like any web server, the site’s host processes your IP address to deliver the page.

Please don’t include information about your health, finances, religious or political beliefs or other sensitive details in the questionnaires — they aren’t needed for your result.

03How we use this information

• to create your personal VISIBILITY CODE and VISIBILITY MAP and send them to you in Telegram;
• so that VISIBILITY MAP can build on your VISIBILITY CODE result — for this we keep your CODE result and link it to your MAP questionnaire;
• to take payment and keep accounting records;
• to answer your questions and provide mentoring;
• to improve the questions and the quality of the analysis — we review results selectively and only within our team.

We process your information with your consent, which you give by completing a questionnaire; to fulfil our agreement when you buy VISIBILITY MAP or STUDIO; and to meet legal obligations such as accounting.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers and we do not use your answers for advertising.

04How we use AI

Your answers are analysed by an OpenAI model following our detailed instructions. The AI identifies your visibility codes (for example CREATOR, STORYTELLER or EXPERT) and writes your personal result — and, for VISIBILITY MAP, a 90-day strategy.

The AI works only from what you wrote. We explicitly instruct it not to invent facts, not to use astrology or numerology and not to draw psychological conclusions.

VISIBILITY CODE is not a psychological test, not a diagnosis and not an assessment of your personality. It is a tool for reflection and planning.

Under OpenAI’s API terms, data sent through the API is not used to train its models by default. OpenAI may keep requests and responses temporarily (usually up to 30 days) to prevent abuse and operate the service.

A member of the VISIBILITY team may look at your result if you contact us with a question or if we need to check quality.

05Who else sees this information

We use the following services to run VISIBILITY. Each receives only what its role requires:

Each service processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Where data is held. These services run on their own servers and may process data outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. Authorities there may be able to access data under local law.

Requests from authorities. We disclose information only when the law requires it: we check that each request is lawful and share only the minimum necessary.

06How long we keep information

To be direct: we do not currently delete data automatically on a schedule. Answers and results stay in the Make.com data store until you ask us to delete them — this is what lets VISIBILITY MAP build on your CODE.

• Result messages stay in your Telegram chat until you delete them.
• Payment records are kept as long as Canadian tax law requires (usually 6 years).
• STUDIO and STUDIO PLUS applications that don’t lead to working together are kept for up to 12 months so we can pick the conversation up again — or deleted sooner if you ask.
• STUDIO and STUDIO PLUS materials are kept during our work together and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless we agree otherwise.

When we introduce automatic deletion, we will update this policy and its effective date.

07Your rights and how to use them

At any time you can:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• ask us to delete your answers and results;
• withdraw your consent — we will stop further processing (payment records may be kept as the law requires);
• complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC), or — if you are in the EU or UK — to your local data protection authority.

Email us at support@visibilityclub.co with the name you used in the questionnaire or your Telegram username so we can find your records. We will reply within 30 days. There is no self-service tool for this on the website yet: every request is handled by a person.

We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR.

08Messages from us

In Telegram we send you the result you asked for. We send promotional or newsletter messages only with your separate consent and in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can opt out at any time: message us or block the bot.

09Age

VISIBILITY is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

10Security

Only team members who need it for their work have access to your information, and we use services that encrypt data in transit. Still, no method of sending data over the internet is completely secure.

11Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page — and if the changes affect information we already hold, we will let you know.
