Refund Policy

Effective

We want buying from VISIBILITY to be fair and clear. This page explains when we refund and how to ask. If something went wrong, message us — we’ll sort it out.

01VISIBILITY CODE

VISIBILITY CODE is free, so there is nothing to refund.

02VISIBILITY MAP

VISIBILITY MAP is a personal digital product: we create it for you, right after you pay. So once your result has been delivered, we generally don’t offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.

We will give you a full refund if:

  • your result hasn’t arrived within 48 hours of payment and we couldn’t send it after you contacted us;
  • you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount;
  • your result arrived incomplete or broken (for example, cut off) and we couldn’t send the full version within 3 business days;
  • a technical error meant you received someone else’s result — in that case we’ll also delete the wrongly sent data right away.

If your result didn’t work for you for another reason, message us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll look at your case and, where it makes sense, offer to create your strategy again from refined answers or give you a refund.

03VISIBILITY STUDIO and STUDIO PLUS

Refund terms for mentoring are set out in an individual agreement before work begins. Unless that agreement says otherwise:

  • cancel before the first session — full refund;
  • after work has begun — refund for unused, prepaid sessions; sessions already held and work already done (including setting up the Notion workspace) are not refunded;
  • you can reschedule a session for free with at least 24 hours’ notice.

04How to ask for a refund

Email support@visibilityclub.co with:

  • the name and email you used at checkout;
  • the date of purchase;
  • what happened.

We’ll reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back through Stripe to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, they arrive within 5–10 business days.

If something went wrong, please message us first — we can help faster than a payment dispute through your bank.

05Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or country.
