Terms of Use

Effective

These terms govern your use of the VISIBILITY website and products. By taking the assessment, buying VISIBILITY MAP or applying for STUDIO, you agree to them. We’ve written them in plain language — if anything is unclear, just message us.

01What VISIBILITY is

VISIBILITY is operated by SUNSET SPACE INC.. We offer:

  • VISIBILITY CODE — a free assessment in Tally; your personal result arrives in Telegram.
  • VISIBILITY MAP — a paid, personal 90-day visibility strategy built from your answers and your CODE result.
  • VISIBILITY STUDIO and STUDIO PLUS — one-on-one collaboration that is still being developed. We accept pre-applications; scope, format, duration and price are agreed with you before work begins.

02Who can use VISIBILITY

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You give truthful information about yourself and don’t fill in questionnaires on someone else’s behalf without their consent.
  • You use your own Telegram account — that’s where we send your result.

03What to expect from your result

VISIBILITY CODE and VISIBILITY MAP results are written by AI, following our method, from your answers. They may contain inaccuracies — treat them as material for reflection and planning.

  • They are not psychological, medical, legal or financial advice, and not a diagnosis.
  • We don’t guarantee specific outcomes — followers, sales or income. You decide what to do and how.
  • The quality of your result depends on how fully and honestly you answer.

04Payment and delivery

  • Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) as shown on the website at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Your VISIBILITY MAP result usually arrives in Telegram within minutes of completing the questionnaire. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, message us and we’ll send it manually.
  • Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

05Who owns what

  • Your answers are yours. You allow us to process them to create and send your result, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Your result is for you. You’re free to use it, share it and apply it in your work.
  • The method belongs to VISIBILITY. The VISIBILITY name, the questionnaire questions, the code system, the AI instructions, templates, texts and website design belong to SUNSET SPACE INC.. Please don’t resell them or present them as your own product.

06Acceptable use

By using VISIBILITY you agree not to:

  • enter someone else’s personal information without their consent;
  • try to hack, overload or get around the website, questionnaires, automation or Telegram bot;
  • resell access to VISIBILITY products or results as a service;
  • send unlawful, abusive or harmful content.

If these rules are broken, we may refuse service.

07STUDIO and STUDIO PLUS mentoring

An application for STUDIO or STUDIO PLUS is a pre-application: it’s free, it doesn’t commit you to anything and it isn’t a booking or a purchase. We review every application and get back to you, but we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to start working together, or that a spot will open by a particular date.

Scope, schedule, price and cancellation terms for mentoring are set out in an individual agreement before work begins. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

Everything you share during mentoring is kept confidential and never used in public materials without your permission. Access to the STUDIO PLUS Notion workspace lasts for the duration of our work together; when it ends, we’ll help you export your materials.

08Service availability

VISIBILITY runs on third-party services — Tally, Make.com, OpenAI, Telegram and Stripe. We work to keep it reliable but can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. If an outage means you don’t receive a result you paid for, we’ll send it manually or refund you under our Refund Policy.

09Limitation of liability

VISIBILITY is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses — including lost income or opportunities — arising from the use of results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

10Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. A purchase is governed by the terms in effect when it was made.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are heard by the courts in Ottawa, Ontario — except where the law of your country or province of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
